A multinational company in Singapore is seeking a Head of Regional Strategic Accounts to lead and develop strategic partnerships in the FMCG and QSR sectors. The role involves managing a high-performing team, executing joint business plans, and fostering growth with major regional clients. This position is critical in supporting the company's objectives within the OneGrab ecosystem.
Our Regional Managed Enterprise team leads partnerships and accelerates growth with Grab's largest regional merchants, clients, and agencies. We are critical to Grab's vision of becoming Southeast Asia's super app by being indispensable partners to our most strategic regional accounts. Our focus is on driving business and commercial growth across the entire OneGrab ecosystem. We develop business strategies that allow us to serve our largest strategic partners, believing in creating mutually beneficial collaborations that enhance their business offerings and positively improves customers' lives.
As the Head of Regional Strategic Accounts: Merchants and FMCG, you bring demonstrated partnership skills, commercial strategic expertise, operational discipline, and inspiring people leadership experience to lead a high-performing team. You will have expertise in both the QSR/F&B and FMCG industries, along with experience to build meaningful partnerships using consultative selling techniques that maximise value in partnership negotiations and implementations. You will lead a team in committing to and achieving multiple bold joint business plans with the region's largest multinational merchants, driving incremental impact in local markets by strengthening regional partnerships and nurturing growth that measurably cascades to local operations. You will report to the Regional Head of GrabAds and Enterprise based onsite at Grab Singapore, One-North office.
