Our Regional Managed Enterprise team leads partnerships and accelerates growth with Grab's largest regional merchants, clients, and agencies. We are critical to Grab's vision of becoming Southeast Asia's super app by being indispensable partners to our most strategic regional accounts. Our focus is on driving business and commercial growth across the entire OneGrab ecosystem. We develop business strategies that allow us to serve our largest strategic partners, believing in creating mutually beneficial collaborations that enhance their business offerings and positively improves customers' lives.

Get to Know the Role

As the Head of Regional Strategic Accounts: Merchants and FMCG, you bring demonstrated partnership skills, commercial strategic expertise, operational discipline, and inspiring people leadership experience to lead a high-performing team. You will have expertise in both the QSR/F&B and FMCG industries, along with experience to build meaningful partnerships using consultative selling techniques that maximise value in partnership negotiations and implementations. You will lead a team in committing to and achieving multiple bold joint business plans with the region's largest multinational merchants, driving incremental impact in local markets by strengthening regional partnerships and nurturing growth that measurably cascades to local operations. You will report to the Regional Head of GrabAds and Enterprise based onsite at Grab Singapore, One-North office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
  • Strategic Leadership: Be the strategic brainpower for the Regional Strategic Accounts team but also our push into Groceries through GrabMart 3.0 by providing executive leadership internally and externally for the sourcing, deal‑making, and execution of strategic and commercial partnerships with our largest regional QSR merchants and FMCG partners.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead a team of Regional Commercial Managers through the entire joint business planning process and implementation. Provide executive leadership to a team of enterprise‑level sales professionals in each of our eight local markets, covering both merchant (QSR/F&B) and FMCG accounts.
  • Incubate Growth: Partner with your Regional Commercial Managers to identify and incubate the next wave of strategic regional accounts, ensuring the team is set up for continued, long‑term sustainable growth across the portfolio of Grab's most important partners.
  • Long‑Range Planning: Close collaboration with the Regional Head, Managed Enterprise Business on the long‑range planning of our regional strategic account priorities and goals.
  • Relationship Management: Develop essential internal and external business relationships to lead the achievement of joint business plan commitments.
  • Champion Accountability: Manage joint business plan progress and processes to ensure the Regional Strategic Accounts team aligns with company strategy, drives business growth, and integrates with new product opportunities across our OneGrab ecosystem.
  • Lead regional scaled plans by partnering with Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to sync on strategy and partnership goals. Lead core projects in collaboration with these teams and across the business to cultivate strategic, long‑term opportunities with our diverse partners. You have a collaborative mindset, with willingness to assist teammates as needs arise.
