Job summary

Accelcia Business Services seeks a visionary Quality Engineering Lead to guide a quality engineering team across desktop, on‑premise, and cloud initiatives. You will own the end‑to‑end quality strategy, mentor engineers, and act as the technical bridge to vendors and partners.

The role requires SaaS expertise, robust automation, and strong programming fundamentals to improve reliability, performance, and deployment health across our global stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Quality Assurance or Software Engineering with SaaS/cloud exposure.
• Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring peers.
• Strong programming fundamentals and hands-on testing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a QA engineering team and define end-to-end QA strategy.
• Own test automation for desktop, on-premises and SaaS components across stacks.
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure reliability and performance of APIs, services, and cloud deployments.
