Job summary

GROUND LABS PTE. LTD. is seeking a visionary and hands-on Quality Engineering Lead to guide our established QA team from the Singapore head office. You will own end-to-end quality strategy across desktop, on-premise, and SaaS cloud initiatives, mentoring engineers and coordinating with external partners.

You will drive test automation, modern infrastructure, and performance engineering while acting as a technical liaison to vendors. A strong blend of coding and testing leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA or software engineering experience, incl. desktop/on-premise and SaaS
• Proven experience leading and mentoring established engineering teams
• Self-starter with ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results
• Excellent communication and vendor-management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the quality engineering team, setting standards and ownership
• Define end-to-end quality strategy with a quality-as-code mindset
• Oversee hands-on test automation for core apps and SaaS frontend/backend
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate tests into CI/CD and containerized environments
• Champion API reliability, performance testing, and system resilience
