Job summary

CPF Board is seeking a Lead Consultant (Quality Engineering) to advance software quality management and enterprise QA capabilities. You will drive enterprise platforms, tooling, and practices that enable automated testing and high-quality IT product delivery.

You will collaborate with application, platform, and infrastructure teams to design, implement, and integrate quality solutions for modern delivery. A data-driven mindset and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on IT system implementation experience across the full SDLC.
• Strong understanding of Software Quality Management and modern delivery practices.
• Experience implementing enterprise quality engineering platforms and automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and AI-assisted testing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance enterprise quality engineering platforms and tooling across delivery teams.
• Evaluate and recommend platforms, tools, and processes to improve quality delivery.
• Collaborate with infra, platform, and application teams to integrate quality solutions.
• Review and monitor quality metrics to identify gaps and drive improvements.
