Job summary

ABeam Consulting seeks an experienced QA leader to drive quality assurance activities for large enterprise software projects. You will define strategy, manage automation, and coordinate end-to-end testing across API, UI, and integrations.

The role requires SDLC and Agile expertise, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on automation within CI/CD environments. Cloud experience and audit collaboration are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of software QA/test/quality management experience for enterprise systems.
• Experience leading QA activities across large-scale software delivery projects.
• Experience developing and governing QA Plans and Master Test Plans.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with API, UI, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with defect management and test management tools.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing methodologies.
• Experience working with Agile and DevOps delivery teams.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience delivering projects for large enterprises or public sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QA Plan and Master Test Plan.
• Define testing strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality gates.
• Design and implement testing approaches across unit, API, UI, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Coordinate manual and automated testing across releases and manage defects.
• Lead system integration testing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Report results and guidance to project stakeholders and audit teams.
