NEA National Environment Agency is seeking a procurement professional to drive policy reviews and digital transformation across procurement processes. You will support system enhancements, engage stakeholders, and ensure governance compliance with the Singapore IM on Procurement.

Applicants should have 4–6 years in government procurement, experience with procurement systems and data analytics, and strong communication skills to build competencies within the NEA procurement community.

Qualifications

• At least 4 to 6 years of experience in government procurement.
• Experience in procurement systems, digitalisation and/or process improvement.
• Familiarity with the IM on Procurement, GeBIZ and GMC is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data visualisation tools.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under tight timelines.

Responsabilités

• Identify business needs and develop and implement digital solutions for procurement insights and process improvements.
• Administer and enhance existing procurement systems to meet evolving requirements and policy updates.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to adopt new procurement systems.
• Conduct policy, process and system reviews to improve efficiency while ensuring governance and compliance with the IM on Procurement.
• Provide procurement advice across all stages of the procurement cycle.
• Conduct engagement sessions to transfer knowledge and build competencies within NEA's procurement community.
