Job summary

You will lead governance, deliver value-for-money, and partner with senior stakeholders to shape demand and supplier engagement.

You will oversee category management, drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and guide procurement teams through complex, high-value initiatives within a public sector framework.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience in government procurement.
• Experience in leading end-to-end procurement operations, including complex and high-value procurement.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement operations across categories.
• Drive category management and sourcing to optimise value-for-money outcomes.
• Serve as strategic procurement partner to procureing divisions and advise on approaches and risks.
• Ensure proper procurement documentation, audit trails, and governance controls.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and service delivery.
