The National Environment Agency (NEA) is seeking a procurement professional to drive policy reviews, digital transformation, and systems enhancements within PASD in Singapore. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver efficient procurement solutions and ensure governance across the procurement lifecycle.
The role requires 4–6 years of government procurement experience, familiarity with GeBIZ and GMC, and strong analytical and communication skills.
The Procurement and Administration Services Division (PASD) ensures the integrity of NEA’s procurement processes and provides stewardship of administration services. PASD establishes, implements and oversees the procurement policies and frameworks, as well as provide advisories in ensuring the standards of integrity are maintained throughout the procurement value chain.
You will be part of a team responsible for driving procurement policy reviews and digital transformation initiatives, procurement systems enhancement and development, as well as outreach and engagement to strengthen procurement capabilities across NEA.
