Job summary

Bank of Singapore invites experienced senior relationship managers to join our team in Singapore. You will manage and grow sizeable client portfolios, act as trusted advisors across the full range of investment products, and contribute to the teams strategic business planning and marketing efforts.

We seek leaders with strong market reputation, risk awareness, and an entrepreneurial spirit who can mentor RMs and drive revenue targets in a dynamic private banking environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced relationship manager with a strong track record in managing sizeable client portfolios and deepening client relationships
• Proven track record in a senior leadership position in private banking or financial industry
• In-depth knowledge of the financial landscape in Asia
• High personal gravitas with strong market reputation
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative skills
• Driven and entrepreneurial
• Good business acumen, proactive and is a self-starter

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains own client relationships
• Achieves annual revenue targets and objectives
• Advises clients on full range of investment products and services offered by the bank
• Supports Market Head in developing the teams business plan and responsible for the overall marketing activities of the team
• Execute teams business plan and financial targets
• Creates networking synergies with other business units of OCBC
• Lead by example in compliance, process and risk management
