Qualifikationen

• 15 years of Relationship Management experience in Private Banking.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Licenses and Certifications – as required by role remit.
• Professional Memberships – as required by role remit.
• Strong ability to develop a network of target prospects.
• Proven risk management capabilities.
• Firm understanding of all business guidelines and compliance issues.
• Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Accountable for the performance of the team’s client book, including own book as appropriate.
• Develop and implement the business/sales plans for the team.
• Deliver NNM, AUM, and revenue growth targets and key operating metrics the team.
• Lead and tier up a team of Private Bankers and ensure collaboration with product, support functions and partners.
• Assign referrals to team members and work with RMs to close referrals.
• Act as an escalation point for clients to identify areas of concern.
• Deliver profitable growth for the team by controlling costs and mitigating operational losses.
