Job summary

Placement Professionals, LLC is assisting a leading financial institution in recruiting a Relationship Manager for its Private Banking team in Singapore. The role focuses on expanding a high-net-worth client portfolio by delivering tailored investment solutions and exceptional relationship management.

The ideal candidate has Premier Banking or Private Banking RM experience, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Banking & Finance or related fields.
• 5+ years Premium banking RM experience or 2+ years Private banking RM experience.
• BSC Grade A or B (if applicable).
• Certifications such as CMFAS (M9, M9A, M5, HI) preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Client-focused with a proactive and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients while overseeing their wealth portfolios.
• Provide investment guidance and customised financial solutions aligned with clients’ objectives and financial aspirations.
• Act as a trusted financial partner to clients by strengthening relationships and enhancing overall client experience.
• Collaborate closely with the Private Banking team to achieve business goals and deliver quality client outcomes.
• Carry out other responsibilities and assignments as directed by the Head of Department or management.
