Job summary

Rio Tinto Singapore Holdings Pte Ltd seeks a Superintendent People to lead day-to-day People Operations service delivery across designated operational teams. You’ll help ensure employee lifecycle, advisory and transactional HR services are delivered consistently, accurately and with a strong customer focus.

You’ll guide a team in a high-volume shared services environment, strengthen operational performance and contribute to improvements that make support easier and more effective for employees

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations or shared services within a high-volume environment.
• Ability to coach and develop team members while delivering service excellence.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day People Operations delivery across designated teams.
• Ensure employee lifecycle, advisory and transactional HR services meet standards.
• Manage workflows, service queues, workloads and performance targets.
• Coach Senior Advisers and Analysts to build capability and accountability.
• Oversee governance, compliance and consistent application of HR processes.
• Handle escalations and partner with HR and business leaders for outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and reporting across service delivery.
