Job summary

Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore (URA) is seeking an experienced People Analytics and AI Solutions professional to lead the HR reporting and analytics function, transforming how URA uses workforce data, driving automation, and promoting AI adoption to enhance HR operations and decision-making.

You will work across Workday, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and automation tools to embed data, AI, and process improvements into HR, while strengthening data governance and reporting consistency

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business, analytics or related discipline.
• At least 5 years in HR analytics, reporting, or HR systems.
• Experience in the public sector is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Workday and HR data management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR reporting and analytics, including management reporting and dashboards.
• Lead extraction, validation and management of HR data from Workday.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards to support workforce planning and decision-making.
• Drive automation and AI enablement in HR processes and tools.
• Build analytics capability and provide advisory support to HR and business stakeholders.
