The role reports to the Global Director, Total Rewards and People Science and focuses on building an enterprise-wide People Sciences capability with analytics, AI-enabled automation and decision modelling.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in enterprise people analytics, decision science, HR technology or data-led transformation.
• Experience driving enterprise-wide adoption of Workday or comparable platforms.
• Strong quantitative capabilities including statistical modelling, hypothesis testing, and scenario analysis.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide People Sciences roadmap from descriptive analytics to prescriptive decision models.
• Analyze large datasets to guide workforce planning, organizational design, rewards and capital allocation.
• Lead the adoption and optimization of enterprise platforms; leverage AI and automation to scale decision-making.
• Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
