Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Head of Operations to translate strategic objectives into action across Front-of-House, Bar, and Back-of-House. You will lead, plan, and manage business operations to drive growth and organizational effectiveness.

In this role, you will partner with the Managing Director on budgeting, monitor financial performance, and steer the operations team to deliver excellent service, cost control, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• At least 2 years' senior leadership role in the appropriate field.
• Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions: finance, customer service, production, and employee management.
• Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles to boost speed and efficiency.
• Experience with budget and business plan development.
• Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for productivity growth.
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Create the strategic framework for well-planned growth and EBITDA maximisation from existing business.
• Make recommendations for operations excellence aligned with brand strategy.
• Set challenging, realistic goals for the operations team and drive performance.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director on annual budgeting and planning.
• Manage budget by monitoring actual performance and projected sales to meet revenue goals.
• Develop strategies with the leadership team to improve financial performance.
• Maintain profit margins while ensuring guest and employee satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on leadership to galvanise the team and achieve objectives.
• Coach and mentor staff, communicating clearly and setting performance expectations.
