Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore is seeking an experienced operations leader to direct and monitor day-to-day sales and business activities, ensuring inventory accuracy and adherence to targets.

You will forecast and plan in advance the timeline for all operational requirements and manpower needs to meet both business and operations objectives, plan work rotas, and oversee returns and disputes. Lead warehouse staff, manage HR/finance and administrative matters, and drive system improvements while

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in business management, or any related field.
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving skill, excellent communication skills and people skills.
• Preferably with accounting and tax, secretary background.

Responsibilities

• Directing and monitoring day-to-day sales and business operations activities to meet operations goals, overall inventory accuracy adhering to targets.
• Forecast and plan in advance the timeline for all operational requirements and manpower needs to meet both business and operations objective.
• Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results.
• Oversee all order returns and dispute management.
• Provide leadership, direction and communication to warehouse operations personnel by working closely day to day on all operational task related.
• Involved in human resource, finance, logistical and general administrative matters, recognizing any operational issues and provide solutions for implementation.
• Being a project leader by spearheading and leading the implementation and improvement for all system and structural changes related to operation and productivity.
• Work closely with Management in developing strategic direction for the Company and to formulate operational plans and operational improvement to lower cost.
