5G-Starlink Pte. seeks a Front Office Supervisor to manage the Rooms Division and ensure top-class guest service. You will supervise staff, oversee check-ins/outs, handle cashiering and VIP guest interactions, and coordinate with Housekeeping on requests and issues.

The role emphasizes upselling, occupancy optimization, and maintaining grooming standards. Strong knowledge of Galaxy/Lightspeed is preferred.

Formación

• Supervisory role to Rooms Division Executives to ensure good customer services.
• Keep current records of available and occupied rooms.
• Direct staff in allocating and processing guest rooms.
• Escort VIP guests and provide information and assistance.
• Be well versed in Galaxy/Lightspeed operations.
• Perform check-in and check-out in a friendly, professional manner.
• Cashiering according to hotel policy and front office procedures.
• Conduct room inspections focusing on cleanliness and setup.
• Liaise with Housekeeping on special requests and full-house situations.
• Handle guest complaints with tact and diplomacy.
• Oversee site inspections of hotel areas.
• Manage stock/inventory and uphold budget guidelines.
• Maximize occupancy and revenue through upselling.
• Brief associates daily when managers are absent and enforce grooming.
