The role oversees objective setting, budgeting, payroll, forecasting, and delivering leadership across units, driving talent development, and ensuring high standards of performance and integrity.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 6 years management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Formulate group objectives and operational plans, strategies and budgets to achieve business goal.
• Set expectations, goals, policies and maintain standard of work from respective business units.
• Project managing, track progress and measure efficiency, regularly checking in with respective business units and updating the Director.
• Provide sound leadership and coaching across business functions driving development of employees.
• Manage operations of business and impart good business practices.
