Job summary

Olive Tree search in Singapore seeks an IT Infrastructure Director to provide strategic leadership across the technology infrastructure, ensuring security, resilience and alignment with business objectives. You will lead infrastructure strategy, operations, architecture, governance and vendor management, while guiding teams and partners through large-scale transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IT or related field.
• ITIL v3+ certification required.
• 15+ years in IT infrastructure management and operations.
• 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing teams.
• Experience with AI-enabled infrastructure capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward-looking IT infrastructure strategy aligned with priorities.
• Provide strategic direction across architecture, networks, cloud, data centre and services.
• Ensure security, resilience, capacity and performance of infrastructure.
• Lead transformation programs and large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
• Oversee governance, service delivery, vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
