Job summary

Qualifications
- Advanced diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering with 3–6 years IT Service Management experience.
- Hands-on experience in Wintel infrastructure, server room management, and EUC systems.
- Experience with WoG/IM8 or ISO27001 considerations is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead ITIL-aligned Tier 1–3 support teams.
- Modernize ITSM with AIOps and automated ticketing to reduce MTTR.
- Architect high-availability LAN/WAN networks and secure infrastructure.
- Ensure WoG/IM8 and ISO27001 compliance in operations.
- Oversee vendor contracts, OpEx/CapEx budgeting and licensing.
- Serve as technical liaison between teams, NRF end-users, and management.
