Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide technology functions.
- Demonstrated success leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives, preferably SAP.
- Strong experience driving business process transformation and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise IT strategy, roadmap, and architecture aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead ERP transformation initiatives with SAP focus and governance.
- Partner with business leaders to streamline and standardize processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and Operations.
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation and digitalization initiatives to improve productivity and performance.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and IT operations.
