Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure design, implementation and maintenance.
• 7+ years leading technical teams, 5 years vendor/project management.
• 3+ years cloud infrastructure solutioning and security administration.
• Strong knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, Linux, Oracle/MS DB and cybersecurity.
• Experience in infrastructure transformation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a change agent translating digital strategies into actionable plans.
• Drive digital adoption and change management with stakeholder buy-in.
• Coordinate budgets, resources, technology and training.
• Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for JP IT Infrastructure.
• Oversee IT infrastructure architecture for scalability and reliability.
• Ensure backup, disaster recovery and IT policy compliance.
• Review network policies and change requests to maximize benefits.
• Oversee vendor contracts, procurement, SLAs and tender input.
