Job summary

Aryan Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking an seasoned General Manager, Distribution to lead and grow the IT distribution business.

You will oversee vendor partnerships, channel development, profitability, inventory, and growth initiatives across IT hardware and cybersecurity products. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in IT distribution, strong commercial acumen, and proven leadership of cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
Minimum 12 years in IT/Technology or ICT distribution.
Proven track record growing a distribution business with P&L responsibility.
Strong understanding of OEM/vendor management and channel partners.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the IT distribution business for revenue growth and profitability.
Develop strategies to expand market presence and distribution capabilities.
Manage vendor programs, rebates, and strategic plans with OEMs/partners.
Build and expand reseller and channel partner networks.
Oversee pricing, margins, rebates, inventory, and product availability.
Coordinate with finance, logistics, and operations for timely deliveries.
Lead, mentor, and develop the distribution team to high performance.
