Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore seeks an experienced HVAC and CCMS leader to direction the facilities engineering team, drive asset management, governance, and project delivery across operations, maintenance and capital works.

You will champion safety, reliability and energy efficiency, coordinate with IT/OT, contractors and vendors, and ensure documentation, testing, commissioning and handover are completed to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical/building services engineering or facilities management.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering, operations or project experience in large-scale facilities.
• Proven leadership for HVAC systems, controls and vendor delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC & CCMS team and governance.
• Approve engineering designs and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate CAPEX/maintenance and safety.
• Manage outages planning and asset lifecycle.
• Engage stakeholders across multiple functions.
