Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to lead the Facilities team in delivering reliable operations across the Integrated Resort. You will oversee maintenance, project execution, and energy efficiency initiatives, ensuring alignment with MBS policies and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, cross‑department collaboration, and a hands-on approach to optimize OPEX/CAPEX, while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering.
• Candidates with more years of experience but fewer qualifications may be considered for senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure urgent repairs and routine maintenance are completed on time.
• Develop and improve SOPs for the facilities team.
• Plan preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with departments and stakeholders for operations, maintenance and projects.
• Drive continuous improvement through new technologies and data analysis.
