Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Maintenance Lead to supervise technicians and engineers responsible for the extensive facilities across the Integrated Resorts including casino, hotel, MICE, F&B, and entertainment. You will plan corrective and preventive maintenance, allocate resources, and ensure safety compliance with WSH regulations.

Strong leadership and coordination with contractors are essential for smooth operations.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in a related field is required.
Experience in facilities maintenance within large integrated resorts is preferred.
Certifications in maintenance or safety are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of technicians and engineers to maintain facilities across the IR.
Plan corrective and preventive maintenance in line with codes and guidelines.
Assist planning of job duration, manpower, materials, tools and equipment.
Direct and allocate work to technicians for routine maintenance and urgent repairs.
Monitor servicing effects on equipment condition and keep maintenance records.
Ensure safety programs, training, and compliance with WSH regulations.
Manage HR for the department: performance feedback, hiring, training, succession.
Coordinate with contractors for repair, testing and commissioning work.
