Marina Bay Sands is seeking a seasoned Controls Engineer to lead Niagara programming, configure CCMS platforms, and drive system integration across HVAC, electrical, and metering networks. You will develop dashboards, optimize control strategies, and ensure governance across engineering changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or related engineering.
• Niagara Certification preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Building Automation and Controls certifications preferred.
• 6–8 years in BMS/BAS/CCMS; 3+ years supervisory/PM experience.
• Strong Niagara Framework knowledge and hands-on experience.
• HVAC knowledge and ability to integrate BACnet/Modbus systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Niagara programming, configuration, development and troubleshooting.
• Develop, maintain and improve CCMS graphics, dashboards and UI.
• Perform system integration with HVAC, electrical, metering and third-party systems.
• Lead troubleshooting of BACnet, Modbus and IP communication issues.
• Review and optimize system architecture for reliability and scalability.
• Maintain naming conventions, tagging standards and engineering databases.
• Ensure governance compliance for engineering changes.
• Develop and maintain control logic documentation and drawings.
• Evaluate and optimize control sequences and SOO for HVAC performance.
