Job summary

Marina Bay Sands seeks a Senior Engineering Leader to drive strategy, governance, and lifecycle management for its Integrated Resort. You will lead a large engineering team, shape the long-range vision, and ensure reliable operation of HVAC, electrical, fire life safety, CCMS/BMS, and transportation systems.

You will manage OPEX and CAPEX programs, coordinate with suppliers, and uphold stringent safety and regulatory standards across Singapore.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior engineering leadership in large-scale environments.
• Experience across HVAC, electrical, fire life safety, CCMS/BMS, and vertical transport systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior engineering vision and governance reporting to Executive Director.
• Define long-term engineering strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead engineering design reviews, system upgrades, and asset lifecycle planning.
• Oversee OPEX budget, CAPEX programs, and vendor performance with data-driven business cases.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore codes, safety standards, and regulatory audits.
• Develop talent and succession plans within a large multidisciplinary team.
