Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a seasoned Facilities Engineering leader to oversee HVAC and CCMS operations, planning and project delivery across a premier integrated resort in Singapore.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive engineering design reviews, ensure safety, reliability and energy efficiency, and manage CAPEX and vendor relationships with a focus on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related engineering discipline is preferred.
• Professional certification or registration in facilities, energy, project, construction or engineering management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC & CCMS team with accountability for operations support, asset management, engineering, projects and vendor governance.
• Provide supervision, technical guidance, and capability development with a strong safety culture.
• Drive design reviews, basis-of-design, calculations and specifications for HVAC/CCMS ensuring reliability, energy efficiency and lifecycle value.
• Plan and control preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance across occupied environments with proper permits and risk controls.
• Develop CAPEX plans, review proposals, manage costs and schedule, and ensure smooth implementation and handover.
• Manage outsourced vendor performance, contracts, KPIs and governance with data-driven reviews.

Education

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management or related engineering discipline
