Caliber8 Recruitment is partnering with an international renewable energy and data centre group to recruit a Head of Human Resources for Southeast Asia. You will shape the people strategy, build HR frameworks, and lead talent development across multiple markets as the business scales.

The role requires hands-on generalist HR execution, partnering with senior leaders to balance strategic priorities with practical delivery in a growing environment.

• Design and scale regional HR policies, systems and frameworks across Southeast Asia.
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and org design for renewable energy and data-centre projects.
• Build recruitment and talent strategies for engineering, operations and corporate functions.
• Lead learning and development initiatives to strengthen leadership and technical capabilities.
• Develop succession plans and talent pipelines to support growth across markets.
• Establish performance management frameworks aligned to business priorities.
