  • Coordinate compliance and data privacy with local teams and providers.

  • Oversee compensation, benefits, salary reviews and payroll coordination.
  • Manage employee relations and support managers in workplace issues.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture and provide insights on recruitment and costs.
  • Travel to other locations as required to support HR strategy.

Job description

We are a cloud services company with operations across the United States, Canada, China, Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong. We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to build and lead our global HR function and support the Group's international growth.

Working closely with senior management, you will develop the HR team, lead recruitment, and establish policies, systems and processes across our businesses. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on involvement in daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Global HR Leadership
  • Develop and implement a global HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Build, lead and develop the HR team, establishing clear responsibilities and priorities across locations.
  • Advise senior management on organisational structure, workforce planning and talent development.
  • Coordinate HR operations across six markets, maintaining consistent standards while addressing local requirements.
Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, including headcount planning, sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and establish effective selection processes.
  • Develop recruitment channels and strengthen employer branding to attract technical, commercial and leadership talent.
  • Oversee employment documentation, pre-employment processes, onboarding and probation reviews.
HR Policies and Operations
  • Establish and improve HR policies, employee handbooks and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop processes for leave and attendance, performance management, internal mobility and offboarding.
  • Implement and improve HR systems, employee records and management reporting.
  • Coordinate employment compliance and employee data privacy matters with local HR teams, legal advisers and external providers.
Performance and Employee Relations
  • Develop performance review frameworks, goal-setting processes and career development pathways.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits, salary reviews, bonus processes and payroll coordination.
  • Manage employee relations and support managers in resolving workplace issues fairly and professionally.
  • Promote a collaborative, accountable and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Provide management with insights on recruitment, retention, workforce costs and employee engagement.
  • Travel to other business locations as required to support the Group's HR strategy and operations.
Job Requirements
  • Substantial HR experience, including leadership responsibility in a multinational or fast-growing organisation.
  • Proven experience building HR teams and establishing policies and processes from the ground up.
  • Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience overseeing HR operations across multiple countries or regions.
  • Strong business judgment, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage both strategic priorities and daily operational requirements.
  • Professional fluency in English to collaborate across international offices.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Experience
  • HR experience in a publicly listed company, including exposure to corporate governance, internal controls and structured reporting.
  • Experience in cloud services, cloud infrastructure, data centres, SaaS, enterprise software, telecommunications or related technology businesses.
  • Experience recruiting technical and commercial talent in the technology sector.
  • Exposure to HR operations in the United States, Canada, China, Singapore, Thailand or Hong Kong.
