Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a strategic HR leader to partner with senior management and drive people and workforce initiatives in Singapore. You will shape HR strategy, lead business partnering, and oversee workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development to support growth and transformation.

You will also manage compensation, employee relations, and HR operations while ensuring compliance and governance.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience in strategic HRBP or leadership roles.
• Proven track record across strategic and operational HR functions.
• Experience leading and developing HR teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership engagement.
• Well-versed in employment legislation and HR best practices.

• Oversee HR operations including payroll, records, and reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team for service excellence.
• Drive HR process improvements and workforce analytics/automation.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align HR priorities.
• Prepare updates on workforce trends, costs, risks, and HR metrics.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people, organizational, and workforce-related matters.

• Oversee recruitment, employee development, performance management, and retention initiatives.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, annual salary reviews, and manpower budgeting.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance issues, and disciplinary matters.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and governance requirements.
• Oversee HR operations, including payroll administration, employment documentation, employee records, and statutory reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, ensuring effective service delivery and operational excellence.
• Drive HR process improvements, workforce analytics, HR systems enhancements, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and international stakeholders to align HR priorities and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular updates on workforce trends, manpower costs, talent risks, and key HR metrics to management.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a strategic HR Business Partnering or HR leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of managing the full HR spectrum across both strategic and operational functions.
• Experience leading and developing HR teams.
• Well verse in stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
• Well-versed in employment legislation, HR best practices, and organizational development initiatives.
