Job summary
Labgistics is looking for a Head of Business Development to drive growth in Singapore and the region. You will shape the commercial strategy and lead a team to capture opportunities in pharma, biotech, diagnostics, and healthcare logistics.
Work with Operations, Quality and senior leadership to craft integrated 3PL/4PL solutions, win high-value contracts, and expand strategic accounts. This role demands a strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills in a fast-paced life sciences logistics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in business development or sales leadership with B2B experience.
- Experience in logistics or life sciences industries preferred.
- Solid pricing, contract negotiations, and solution selling experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
- Track record of driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business development and growth strategy.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new opportunities across life sciences sectors.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
- Lead sales lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding.
- Prepare commercial proposals and pricing strategies with margins.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality to ensure feasible solutions.
- Represent Labgistics at events and client engagements.
- Set sales targets, forecast, and report to senior management.
- Drive account management and cross-selling opportunities.
- Work with Marketing to strengthen brand awareness.
- Mentor and develop the Business Development team.
