Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking a Head of FXScale, Markets Technology to lead a 24x7 global FX payments platform. You will define strategy, own the roadmap and drive platform resilience, security and performance while coordinating across a large distributed technology organisation.

You will partner with business sponsors, manage senior stakeholders, and shape the engineering model, automation and observability to meet growth and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics or equivalent.
• Extensive senior technology leadership experience in Banking or Financial Markets.
• Proven capability in electronic payments, high-availability platforms and modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Define, deliver and own the FXScale technology strategy and end-to-end platform roadmap.
• Lead a globally distributed technology organisation with emphasis on resilience and reliability.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate priorities into executable outcomes and ensure regulatory alignment.
