Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in a product management or business analyst role in finance or fintech.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with experience across international teams.
• Proven ability to map requirements to technical solutions and drive delivery.
• Experience with payments domain, ISO 20022, and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology solution strategy, architecture, and end-to-end design for payments platforms.
• Champion AI adoption across the payments technology landscape and define AI-driven patterns.
• Coordinate with leadership and business to define data quality solutions and roadmaps.
• Manage digitization, automation programs and align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Mentor teams, ensure delivery within timelines, and govern risk and compliance.
