You will translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, drive delivery end-to-end, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to ensure reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in computer science or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in software engineering for enterprise-scale or high-transaction systems.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals across the development lifecycle, including design, testing, CI/CD, observability, and security.
• Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support software products and platform capabilities.
• Translate complex business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive software delivery from technical design through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Troubleshoot issues and participate in incident response and service restoration activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, security, tooling, and development practices.
• Advocate technical solutions through data-driven discussions and sound engineering judgement.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor and support fellow engineers through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.
