Job summary

National University Hospital (NUH) invites applications for a Senior Assistant Manager / Manager in the NUH Operations Centre. The role independently manages emergency preparedness portfolios, SOPs, exercises, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure hospital-wide readiness and rapid incident coordination.

You will liaise with clinical and non-clinical departments to translate operational needs into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience; healthcare ops or project mgmt is advantageous.
• Ability to independently manage projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned emergency preparedness portfolios, plans, SOPs and workflows.
• Coordinate cross-department reviews and track actions.
• Support MOH / NUHS taskings and governance submissions and updates.
• Lead cross-functional projects and prepare briefs and papers.
• Oversee readiness equipment and resources and drive improvement.
• Guide junior staff and represent Ops Centre in forums.
