Qualifications

• 5–15 years of experience in Life Insurance, Wealth Management or Financial Services.
• Experience in proposition development, product marketing and go‑to‑market materials.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Proposition Lead in developing propositions that drive business growth across Protection, Health, Wealth and Retirement segments.
• Translate customer insights, market trends and product features into clear value propositions and sales narratives.
• Develop proposition content for new product launches, and strategic initiatives under the direction of the Sales Proposition Lead.
• Prepare proposition frameworks, sales stories, messaging platforms and commercialization plans to support go‑to‑market execution.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Customer, Training and Distribution teams to deliver agreed proposition initiatives.
• Gather, synthesize and incorporate distributor feedback to improve proposition relevance and sales effectiveness.
• Conduct competitor and market reviews and provide insights to strengthen positioning.
• Support launch readiness by developing key messages, sales enablement content and distributor engagement materials.
• Track proposition performance and recommend enhancements based on business results, customer insights and market feedback.
• Manage assigned workstreams and stakeholders, escalating key issues and decisions to the Sales Proposition Lead.
• Prepare analysis, recommendations and management materials to support business planning and proposition‑led growth decisions.
