Job summary

Trust Bank Singapore is seeking a seasoned leader to head the Digital Workplace and ITSM function, ensuring secure, reliable employee technology experience. You will set strategy, lead transformation and oversee workplace platforms, endpoint services and internal service management.

You will drive automation, vendor management and risk controls, leading teams across Microsoft 365, Intune, Jamf, Okta and ITSM processes to deliver seamless support and resilient operations in a fast-paced financial

Qualifications

At least 10 years in digital workplace or technology services.
Financial services experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of ITSM, end-user support, endpoint management and security.

Responsibilities

Define the Digital Workplace strategy, operating model and roadmap; drive automation and AI-enabled improvements.
Oversee Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, mobile and collaboration platforms, including Slack and Jira inside ownership boundaries; manage device lifecycle and endpoint security.
Lead service desk, remote and on-site support and the internal ITSM framework across incidents, problems, changes and requests.
Oversee identity/workflows across Okta, IAM, Jamf, Intune for onboarding, changes and offboarding in partnership with managers and owners.
Ensure security, compliance and audit readiness; govern service changes and risk exceptions with Security, Technology Risk and Architecture.
