Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Service Manager to be the primary IT contact for business users and operations, coordinating with regional and global IT teams to ensure stable, secure technology services. The role covers incident management, BCP/DRP, and IT risk control.

You will liaise with offshore teams, oversee IT assets and infrastructure, and drive digital transformation while aligning with financial services regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Experience in IT service management, production support, IT operations or technology project coordination.
• Banking/financial services experience in regulated environments is advantageous.
• Good understanding of IT incident management, application support, cybersecurity, BCP/DRP and IT risk management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT point of contact for business users and operations, providing local technology support and coordinating with regional and global IT teams.
• Manage IT production incidents, including issue resolution, escalation, incident reporting, root cause follow-up and corrective actions.
• Support IT Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) activities to ensure operational resilience.
• Coordinate IT requirements for new business and client implementations, including system enhancements, application changes and development requests.
• Liaise with offshore development teams to monitor project progress, resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of IT solutions.
• Oversee local IT production assets, application support and technology infrastructure to maintain system stability and performance.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying business needs, facilitating technology improvements and supporting change management.
• Act as the key liaison for cybersecurity matters, including IT vulnerability management, risk mitigation and security compliance.
• Ensure IT operations, processes and documentation comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies and technology risk management standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and regional IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiency and service quality enhancements.
