Job summary

Trust is building a digitally native bank in Singapore. We seek a seasoned leader to run the Digital Workplace and ITSM function, shaping strategy and delivering reliable employee technology experiences.

You will lead transformation across endpoints, identity, security, and service management, while managing budgets, vendors, and teams. A strong background in financial services is preferred, with a track record of driving measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in digital workplace or technology services with leadership.
• Experience developing technology strategies and leading transformation.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, end-user support, endpoint management and security.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Jamf and Okta.
• Relevant technical degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, operating model and roadmap for Digital Workplace and ITSM.
• Oversee workplace platforms, device lifecycle, patching and security.
• Lead service desk, incident, change, and knowledge management.
• Ensure security, compliance, audit readiness and resiliency.
• Manage supplier performance, budgets and renewals.
• Lead internal and managed service teams and develop leadership capability.
