Job summary

Trust Bank seeks a seasoned digital workplace and ITSM leader to define strategy, drive transformation, and oversee workplace platforms, end-user support, endpoint services and internal service management.

You will lead teams across Microsoft 365, Intune, Jamf, Okta and security/risk programs to shape a fast-paced, secure employee technology experience.

The role requires 10+ years in digital workplace/tech services with leadership, strong stakeholder skills, budgeting and compliance know-how.

Qualifications

At least 10 years in digital workplace or technology services with leadership responsibility.
Proven ability to develop technology strategies and lead transformation.
Strong knowledge of ITSM, end-user support, endpoint management, and security.

Responsibilities

Define Digital Workplace and ITSM strategy, operating model and roadmap.
Oversee workplace platforms, device lifecycle, patching and endpoint security.
Lead service desk and internal ITSM processes including incident, change and knowledge.
Manage identity workflows across Okta, IAM, Jamf and Intune in partnership with owners.
Govern security, compliance and continuity; oversee risk and audits.
Manage supplier performance and budgets with Finance and Legal.
