Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced leader to drive the enterprise data products strategy, governance, and delivery across the bank. You will define roadmaps, manage cross-functional teams, and shape data monetisation initiatives to unlock measurable business value.

The role requires extensive experience building data-enabled platforms, collaborating with risk, compliance, and technology partners, and delivering scalable, secure data services for decision-making.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise data product leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale data initiatives in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record building or scaling data products and self-service data platforms.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and define value cases.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, access controls.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise vision and roadmaps for Data Products and Data-as-a-Service.
• Define the data product operating model and governance.
• Lead data product delivery and operationalisation.
• Collaborate with technology and platform teams to production-grade data products.
• Establish a Data Products Centre of Excellence.
• Drive data monetisation and business value realisation.
