Job summary

You will own the roadmap, governance, and value realization, partnering with risk, technology, and business units to scale data delivery across the bank.

The role requires deep experience building data products and self-service data platforms, with a focus on governance, security, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise data applications, data transformation, data products, or related leadership roles.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders to shape demand, define value cases, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality, metadata, lineage, and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Products and Data-as-a-Service, aligned to business priorities and regulatory expectations.
• Define the data product operating model including ownership, lifecycle, governance, and value measurement.
• Lead the engineering, curation, and publication of enterprise datasets and data products for reporting and analytics.
• Operationalise data product applications and self-service channels with governance, security, and adoption in mind.
• Partner with technology, risk, and platforms teams to ensure production-grade, well-documented data products.
