Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Director of Construction to lead strategic construction operations for mission-critical data center projects across the APAC region. The role requires steering project teams, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost control while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Construction, Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in construction, project delivery, or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Experience leading data center, mission-critical, or complex MEP-intensive projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, fire protection, commissioning).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to project delivery and construction teams across multiple projects.
• Develop and implement construction execution strategies that align with company objectives and client requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Act as the senior point of contact for key clients and strategic stakeholders.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Review contract strategies, change management processes, and project risk exposure.
