Job summary

HR-Pro Recruitment Services Pte Ltd is seeking a senior professional to supervise Credit Documentation and Administration within our Banking Operations team. You will oversee loan agency operations, account opening, maintenance and related PB products, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include monitoring daily operations, ensuring proper safekeeping of documents, coordinating with HK and Head Office counsel on legal issues, and driving process improvements to deliver

Qualifications

• University graduate in Banking, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of banking experience in credit documentation and administration, with at least 5 years supervisory.
• Experience in corporate credit and security documentation, banking operations and lending products, including deposit account servicing.
• Familiar with collateral registration & lodgment procedures.
• Understanding of AML/CFT regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and banking systems such as Core Banking, IMEX, MUREX, ALS.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor credit documentation and administration activities including facility letters and security documentation.
• Verify and authorize facility limit implementation and maintenance.
• Ensure control of daily operations, accuracy and efficiency, and safekeeping of documents.
• Oversee compliance with Singapore/HK regulatory requirements.
• Identify irregularities and implement corrective actions.
• Develop procedures for credit documentation and collaborate with Operations HK and Head Office counsel on legal issues.
• Track covenants, terms and financial statements; monitor performance.
• Improve processes to provide high-quality service to clients and front office.
