Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced loan administrator to support a busy credit desk.

You will review facility agreements and offer letters to confirm that loans are permitted, and you will process drawdowns, rollovers, repayments and fees for bilateral and syndicated facilities. Qualifications

• 3+ years in credit documentation and loan administration.
• Degree in Banking, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review facility agreements and offer letters to confirm that requested transactions are permitted.
• Process loan drawdowns, rollovers, principal repayments, interest and fees for bilateral and syndicated loans.
• Follow up with Relationship Managers on outstanding items and documentation.
• Conduct AML/KYC checks.
• Prepare SWIFT payments for loan disbursements.
• Maintain accurate records and safekeeping of loan documents.
• Process bank guarantees and letters of credit.
• Prepare local, regulatory and head office reports.
• Support IT on system upgrades and UAT.
• Take on projects and ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
