China CITIC Bank International Limited Singapore Branch is seeking a senior professional to lead a team handling credit documentation, loan administration, account operations and private banking (PB) operations. You will supervise the end-to-end processes, ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with HK/HO for legal documentation and product implementations.

The role requires at least 10 years in banking credit documentation and administration, with 5 years in a supervisory capacity.

Competenze

University graduate in Banking, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of banking experience in credit documentation and administration, with at least 5 years in supervisory roles.
Experience in corporate credit and security documentation, banking operations and lending products.
Familiar with collateral registration & lodgement procedures.
Experience in loan administration functions and AML/CFT understanding.
Proficient in MS Office and relevant systems (Core Banking, IMEX, MUREX, ALS).
Project management skills and strong leadership.

Mansioni

Lead and manage a team for credit documentation, administration, line implementation, and PB operations.
Oversee loan agency, loan administration, account operations and PB products such as premium financing and Lombard loan.
Coordinate project management for credit, loan, account and PB operations.
Supervise and manage PB Operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Singapore and Hong Kong regulatory requirements.
Review terms and documents, monitor covenants and financial statements.
