Job summary

Aedas, a leading architecture design practice, is seeking a Head of Business Development to lead the regional BD teams across Southeast Asia, driving pursuit strategies and external engagement to support growth.

Responsibilities include shaping BD strategy with market leads, coordinating meetings with principals, clients and partners, leading bid strategy and presentation prep, and mentoring cross-functional teams while maintaining strong external representation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of business development experience within the architecture industry.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Prior leadership or team management experience.
• Regional market exposure within Southeast Asia is highly preferred.
