Job summary

Aedas leads project teams through all stages of design and delivery, driving project execution and technical coordination. The role focuses on managing client relationships and supporting team development.

With a strong emphasis on BIM and architectural excellence, the successful candidate will guide design development for mixed-use and infrastructure projects while ensuring quality and compliance across stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 10–15 years of design development and team management experience.
• BOA registration is advantageous.
• Experience with mixed-use and infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Proficient in BIM, especially Revit Architecture.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery across project stages from concept to completion.
• Manage and coordinate design teams, resources, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Review, direct and prepare technical documentation, including drawings and specifications.
• Engage with clients and consultants for project execution.
• Supports project deliverables for statutory submission and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and support junior team members in their professional growth.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Job Summary:

Requirements & Attributes:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 10 - 15 Years of experience in design development, team management and client interface.
• Ability to self-develop and build colleagues to enhance team potential.
• Experience in mixed-use and infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) will be an advantage.
• Other professional certifications such as GMP or GMFP will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture).
